5 things to help you stress less...

If you haven't caught on I have been beyond stress attempting to balance school, work, and my personal life. Lately I have been cranky and snappy due to my stress, so I am attempting to turn a new leaf...I am going to start focusing on a few little things each day that help me stress less! Maybe they will help you as well? 

Also, what is the consensus on changing the name of your blog? Is it frowned upon...I have been thinking about something that fits me a little better...I would love your input!

  1. I am ALL over the yoga lately. Great suggestions! And I've definitely seen so many people change their blog sister just made a new one recently for a fresh start. Sometimes I want to too! So I'd say go for it. =)
