Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

It was perfect fall weather today! I soaked up every minute of it, and totally pushed aside studying for anatomy (whoops!) I decided it would be a great day to make pumpkin cheesecake dip, it's not the healthiest for you, but its a special fall treat that I always look forward too.

1 can pumpkin puree
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
1 cup confectionary sugar
1 tsp or so of pumpkin pie seasoning

Beat until smooth and enjoy. I like to eat mine with apple slices, ginger snaps, and vanilla wafers! It makes quite a bit I would suggest halving the recipe if you don't want to be eating it for the next two weeks.

  2. Oh gosh, yum. This combines many of my favorite things...cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, and GINGER SNAPS.
