Remember.

Remember to breathe. Life is a constant whirlwind of commotion, it doesn't stop for anyone. You can beg and plead and try to make it slow down, but it wont work. You need to whirl, twirl, and cartwheel along with it, or you will miss out. But don't forget to breathe. To take time for yourself.
Remember to laugh. When you get knocked down, or feel like giving up because nothing has worked out, remember the laugh you have that everyone around you loves. Find it deep with in you and let it out. 
Remember to dream. Chase it. Want it. Believe in it. Don't give up on it. The bigger and more impossible the better, work for it. What do you have if you don't have your dreams.
Remember to take care of yourself. Get a warm blanket, the biggest mug of tea you can find, and a book. Curl up on the couch under the blanket, pull the cowl of your sweater up around your neck and get lost in another world, dream of the impossible and let go of reality.
Remember to let go. There are too many bitter and angry people in this world, what good does it do to stay that way? You cannot change the past, but you can certainly pave a bright future for yourself. Let. It. Go. 
Remember to be thankful. Thank your family & friends. Remember all you do have and not what you don't have. Be thankful for the roof over your head and the food in the pantry. It's the little things in life that make everything worthwhile, don't overlook that. 
Remember who you are. Who are you? And what do you want? Stop waiting for a better day to do it. Stop letting fear stop you in your tracks. Don't change who you are for someone else, simply be the best version of yourself. Follow your dreams and ambitions, and never lose yourself on the way.
